Dick Tracy

      
Dick Tracy was originally a comic strip created by Chester Gould in 1931. Subsequently, a number of movies and television shows were made thereto. The following are the episodes I have been able to find on the Internet.

In 1937 Republic Pictures released a 15 episode series of quarter- to half-hour movie shorts starring Ralph Byrd. In this series, Dick Tracy is portrayed as an FBI agent or G-Man based in San Francisco.

From 1945 through 1947 RKO Radio Pictures released four hour-long feature films, the first two with Morgan Conway starring as Tracy, and the last two featuring the return of Ralph Byrd. In these films Tracy returns to his role as a detetive in a midwestern city police force.

In 1950 and 1951 ABC released a series of half-hour television shows again starring Ralph Byrd. This series ended when Mr. Byrd passed away in 1952.
